They Never Call Back......

Have you noticed that when you try to contact a person for help at a large institution, they never call back. If they do call back it's after you've already gotten tired of waiting and taken matters into your own hands............which they hoped you'd do in the first place. This lets them off the hook and lets you make it without their help. I hate these places, because they are supposed to be the one's to give support in a time that it's needed. I wonder why everyone is so lazy and telling you that their busy. Yeah, busy talking to their spouses or boyfriend/girlfriends on the cell phone. It would be nice if they would do their jobs instead of loafing around.
