No Help......

Why is it that when you get into a hospital, you find out who your real friends are? I've been trying to get help for my spouse, and his brothers and sisters are dragging their feet.........I'm so upset, with the way things have happened and am worried that I won't be able to take care of him. I can't take care of him and his needs, and someone else needs to help him. I just don't know what to do.........
