About a year ago, this black cat started showing up in our yard, grabbing a morsel of food, when our mean cat would be in the house. So, when our cat came up missing and never returned home, I tried to house train Blacky..........it didn't work..........
I had to leave him outside to brave the cold and other animals...............when the weather got colder he caught a cold........this poor cat suffered with the cold...........try as we could to nourish him, it just wasn't going to happen............he became weak ..........and didn''t eat as well...........I wondered if he would make it...........
Last night he got hit by a car when trying to cross the street in front of our house...........when I opened the door this morning, there he lay all stretched out and stiff.........
I will miss him.....very much.....so long........"Senor Blacky".
