These people are trying to survive the intense heat and still be able to have adequate food and water. Shelter's are tents and what they are able to find, now that the major parts have been destroyed with the attacks. People in slums of Lahore, Pakistan, fetch water at a water pump on Friday. Many cities in Pakistan suffering from heat wave raised mercury to 122 F. I've never felt this type of heat but I am sure it would be horrible.
