How do I do this horrible thing, I have to do? I have had to send someone packing, when I really didn't want to. It's a sad day and I really wish things could have been otherwise. Both of us knew that the time had come to part ways. It hurts really bad to be the one doing this and I hope with all my heart this person can make it well. I don't want anything bad to happen to him and hope he will take care of himself.
