$6,500 tax credit

This is considered to be the best time to buy a home, and if you are already buying one the credit is still at least $6,500 tax credit, so you have a vested interest in this year's tax credits. It looks as if 1st time buyers are going to get a good deal with the way the tax credits are being supplied. The deal on a new home loan must be handled by April 2010 and the loan closed on by June 2010. This lets the government have the availability to handled this set of tax credits in the same year efficiently.
I'm sure there are other benefits for families, who are investing in a new home, but there are other means of information that I'm not aware of at the present. This video gives you the basic's of the government established tax credits for first time owners. They also give the "moving on up" incentive to homeowner's whose homes are under worth under $800,000. I've never been able to afford a home that expensive, and so I suppose I wouldn't be in that group. This effort by the government to establish a more lucrative economy, is something that can work, but must be implemented in order to gain the necessary strength our economy needs.

Scriptures

A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.  The heart of him that hath understanding seeketh knowledge:  but the mouth of fools feedeth on foolishness.  All the days of the afficted are evil: but he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.
Proverbs 15:13-15

Your Next Mattress

Have you made a purchase for your personal bed in the past few months?  Maybe it's been two or three years and your bed is showing some wear.  There are several different types of mattresses to choose from.  You can get a hard mattress or a semi hard to suit your pleasure in sleeping comfort.  I prefer to have a nice soft comfortable mattress and if I sleep on a hard one my whole body is sore the next day.  It as if I just can't get settled in and find the comfort I need to rest.  For more information on how to buy your next mattress, click on the above link and look around.

Crucify Him.......

Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ?  They all say unto him, Let him be crucified. And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done?  But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.  When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this person: see ye to it.

Working Boots.......

I had a job once that required the use of waterproof boots to protect my feet.  They also had to be equipped with steel toes, for extra protection.  Needless to say, finding these types of quality boots  is found at a special store rather than your daily mall or outlet stores.  You want quality, as well as affordable boots.  These boots need to be comfortable and durable for the type of work you are performing.  Construction, and any type of physical repairing work, brings the need for heavy duty boots.  For more information, click on the above link.

Protesters hold placards during a rally calling for the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI. Archbishop of Westminster Vincent Nichols -- the leader of Catholics in England and Wales -- has said there is "no strong reason" for the pope to resign over Church abuse scandals, as protesters gathered in London to urge the pontiff to quit.

Pope Benedict, facing one of the gravest crises of his pontificate as a sexual abuse scandal sweeps the Church, indicated on Sunday that his faith would give him the courage not to be intimidated by critics.

Good Web Hosting

I can tell that it's a huge world of activity, which includes marketing advertisements toward the customer as well as the blogs.  I was embarking on a new horizon, and had no idea what I was getting into. From that moment on it became a daily learning process, which is still ongoing. I couldn't tell you what a dedicated server  was back then and would have to do some research right today, in order to be able to tell exactly the amenities are.  I suppose that's a plus for the people who know how to design these beauties. I'm still floundering around each day trying to learn as I go, with each of my blogs.   I've been in the position of deciding which domain, or  web hosting  website to use, for my blogs. It was all so new to me back two years ago, that a seasoned veteran, had to get me started and help me. I feel that I could have gotten a cheaper web hosting site, but at the time I was such a greenhorn, that the "words" involved with this subject scared the life right out of me.  If it weren't for the free templates, that this type of company designs, I wouldn't have been able to setup my website and blogs.
I'm sure that I would be totally lost if my computer was to crash. The person, who tried to train me in this field, had that happen to her, and she was a mess for several days, running back and forth to the library.
I've noticed that you can get involved with what they call green web hosting networks. One of the webhosting websites, is powered, by air wind units while the other is powered by solar units.  Looking through all the different listings, I find many that have the qualities, that my server has.  Each website needs as much traffic as it can possibly get and this web design place can give you helpful hints. I'm investigating the possibility a change over and wonder how much effort it would take to do so? I'm sure I could be able to do this, if I make sure I read all the fine lines and small print.

Deciding on Insurance.......

There's plenty of this going on these days.  The government has put such pressure on the insurance industry that they are trying to get in as much business as they can before the turnover happens.  The  insurance advertising
industry is making plenty of cash these days, and it will probably keep doing so for awhile.  I'm sure that it's possible to find plenty of great deals in the insurance market.  Each company is trying to out do the other, to get their business built up.  The economy has caused such a slump in the business world, and that makes for problems, in the insurance industry as well.

Scriptures

And as the people were in expectation, and all men mused in their hearts of John, whether he were the Christ, or not;  John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose:  he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
Luke 3:15-16

More Reviews......

This is a place, that you can go to and find many different reviews on products that are listed on the market.  The  skin id website, gives you the "pro's" and "con's" on certain products and a in depth review written in their own opinion.  I visited it, and found that there are no frills or ads that jump out at you.  There's just good written research and then the writer gives their opinion on the product in review.  I believe that you can get a good concept of what the products reviewed on this website are about.

Power of Prayer

Someone has said if Christians really understood the full extent of the power we have available through prayer, we might be speechless. Did you know that during World War II there was an adviser to Churchill who organized a group of people who dropped what they were doing every day at a prescribed hour for one minute to collectively pray for the safety of England , its people and peace?
There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in America . If you would like to participate: Every evening at 9:00 pm Eastern Time (8:00 PM Central) (7:00 PM Mountain) (6:00 PM Pacific), stop whatever you are doing and spend one minute praying for the safety of the United States , our troops, our citizens, and for a return to a Godly nation. If you know anyone else who would like to participate, please pass this along.

Our prayers are the most powerful asset we have.

Reviews.....

I know that if you've gone to a store that deals in different diet and body building products, then you've seen many brands of fat burners.  There are so many on today's market and it's hard to determine which one you need to get the job done.  Finding a website that offers a  fat burner review can be a frustrating task.  You want to get the details on the products your interested in using, along with other people's experiences while using them.  After that you will need to consult your doctor or personal trainer for advice.

Where is Spring?

The DFW area, got up to a rainy cold morning and it certainly doesn't feel like a spring day.  We were getting spoiled with the nice weather we have been having lately, and now here we are experiencing the cold once again.  I don't like cold weather, and cringed when they told us that the ground hog saw his shadow, back in February.  I knew that it would probably be a spring we didn't want to go through.  So, far this "spring" hasn't been bad, but it's not over yet.

Do You Use Cream.......

There have been times that I tried to start a skin treatment resume, but like trying to keep a diet going, I just couldn't must up the endurance.  I took the time to buy all the necessary products, I thought would do the job needed to take care of my face and throat.  I tried to decide which  face cream  to use, but could never get past the price's the different companies would put on that stuff.  It seemed to me, that there were other things more important that I needed to spend the money on.  Back in those days, I had small children to spend money on, so my face could wait a day or week longer.  Sometimes, the things I needed never got bought.

What Goes Around

One day a man saw a old lady, stranded on the side of the road, but even in the dim light of day, he could see she needed help. So he pulled up in front of her Mercedes  and got out. His Pinto was still sputtering when he approached her.

Even with the smile on his face, she was worried. No one had stopped to help for the last hour or so. Was he going to hurt her? He didn't look safe,he looked poor and hungry.

He could see that she was frightened, standing out there in the cold. He knew how she felt. It was that chill which only fear can put in you.

He said, 'I'm here to help you, ma'am. Why don't you wait in the car where it's warm? By the way, my name is Bryan Anderson
.'

Well, all she had was a flat tire, but for an old lady, that was bad enough. Bryan crawled under the car looking for a place to put the jack, skinning his knuckles a time or two. Soon he was able to change the tire. But he had to get dirty and his hands hurt.

As he was tightening up the lug nuts, she rolled down the window and began to talk to him. She told him that she was from  St.Louis and was only just passing through. She couldn't thank him enough for coming to her aid.

Bryan  just smiled as he closed her trunk. The lady asked how much she owed him. Any amount would have been all right with her She already imagined all the awful things that could have happened had he not stopped.

Bryan never thought twice about being paid.
This was not a job to him. This was helping someone in need, and God knows there were plenty, who had given him a hand in the past. He had lived his whole life that way, and it never occurred to him to act any other way.

He told her tha t if she really wanted to pay him back, the next time she saw someone who needed help, she could give that person the assistance they needed, and Bryan added, 'And think of me..'

He waited until she started her car and drove off. It had been a cold and depressing day, but he felt good as he headed for home, disappearing into the twilight.

A few miles down the road the lady saw a small cafe. She went in to grab a bite to eat, and take the chill off before she made the last leg of her trip home. It was a dingy looking restaurant. Outside were two old gas pumps. The whole scene was unfamiliar to her. The waitress came over and brought a clean towel to wipe her wet hair. She had a sweet smile, one that even being on her feet for the whole day couldn't erase. The lady noticed the waitress was nearly eight months pregnant, but she never let the strain and aches change her attitude. The old lady wondered how someone who had so little could be so giving to a stranger. Then she remembered  Bryan .

After the lady finished her meal, she paid with a hundred dollar bill. The waitress quickly went to get change for her hundred dollar bill, but the old lady had slipped right out the door. She was gone by the time the waitress came back. The waitress wondered where the lady could be. Then she noticed something written on the napkin.

There were tears in her eyes when she read what the lady wrote:

'You don't owe me anything. I have been there too. Somebody once helped me out, the way I'm helping you. If you really want to pay me back, here is what you do: Do not let this chain of love end with you.'

Under the napkin were four more $100 bills.

Well, there were tables to clear, sugar bowls to fill, and people to serve, but the waitress made it through another day. That night when she got home from work and climbed into bed, she was thinking about the
Money and what the lady had written. How could the lady have known how much she and her husband needed it? With the baby due next month, it was going to be hard.

She knew how worried her husband was, and as he lay sleeping next to her, she gave him a soft kiss and whispered soft and low, 'Everything's going to be all right. I love you, Bryan Anderson.'
