When I was younger, we never knew anything about barcodes or scanners. This came with the changing to the times, and suddenly there was new technology that surfaced. Now a days, the grocery stores, and shopping malls, would be lost without the vast amount of items listed in their store software. Thanksgiving

How was your Thanksgiving.......were you able to be with family members?  I went out to my sister's home to spend it with her and see Mom and my step-dad.  My kids weren't able to make it for one reason or the other, but at least we were able to spend it another year, with Mom.......

The Skinny

I know you've seen them. they are the one's who are skinny as a rail, and can eat any and everything they want.  I once was that way, and people would tell me that it wouldn't last long.  One day I would start picking up weight and not be able to get rid of it so easy.  Back then I found the  best way to lose weight quickly  was to go dancing several nights in a month.  These days that doesn't work, and I must cut back on how much I eat and what I eat.
