These people are living in perilous times and are having to survive, on the food they can get. Food, safe water and medical supplies are hard to find during this invasion. Israel and Hamas said they were temporarily holding their fire in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday to ease the flow of humanitarian aid and both sides said they were studying an Egyptian proposal for a ceasefire. I only hope that these people can stop their fighting, and come to an agreeable situation, before more lives are wasted........

SuperBowl Recipes

The season's almost over with and the Super Bowl contentions are getting down to the wire. Very soon, we will know who's going to play for the Super Bowl trophy and rings. Many people use this as a time to get together and have a fun time or party. There's always fun, food, drinks and plenty of football. There may be a few bets, with money involved or just bets in fun, but everyone manages to have a great time, no matter what happens. There are ardent fans who, can't accept a loss but the cookie crumbles in that direction, many times. Speaking of cookie, let's look at what the menu for the food, can turn out to be.
The superbowl recipes can range in variation from hotdogs & chips to an all out Barbque.........with brisket, ribs, beer, potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw, and you name it............oh, and don't forget some sort of dessert. Sleep Apnea

Many people, who have sleep apnea, don't realize it. I can saw the house down around me, with my snoring. My son and his wife have been treated for sleep apnea. He didn't watch the water level one night, and the machine ran dry. It caused his nasal passages to dry out and develop a horrible nose bleed. He went the doctor to find out what was wrong. I'm glad that was all that was wrong.
