The world of the flat screen TV has evolved into a big thing and I have at least two. My sister's husband had their large TV mounted above the fireplace in their livingroom. It fit there perfectly and is in good range viewing for everyone in the area. I'm sure they shopped for flat screen tv stands to support their TV since it really needed to be secure.

Eyes
My eyes are taking a toll from all the waiting I've been having to do in the last year. The Medicare part B won't kick in until July 1st and then, they are charging me a penalty for not taking it at age 65. The supplemental insurance needed, can't be gotten until Oct. of this year and won't go into effect until Jan. of 2014. My right eye is almost gone, and needs immediate attention, so now I guess Parkland Hospital is my only chance for help.
Smoke
I've found that during my years as a gardener, I felt the urge to see if I could obtain seeds to grow tobacco. A mere speculation on my part of course, since it's possible I don't have the right soil for such a thing. Yet, the idea of it was interesting. There's the perdomo website which gives plenty of information on the subject of this adventure. You might be interested like I was.

Today
I woke up this morning, much as the other days. The sound of my chiming clock in the living room let me know it was 6am, but I awoke before it chimed. Here in my home I find that the walls tend to close in after a few hours and the day seems to drag after that. I know that I am blessed by having another day to move forward and live. I am thankful even though it doesn't sound like I am. There's plenty domestic work around here for me to do. There's other errands that I need to make, and here I sit on my lazy duff. Either way I thank the Lord for this day, my health and the life that I am living lately. It's been quite a turn around after all the hard years of living and being strong. Today, I am thankful for the release of so much stress, and responsibility. It's a good day and that's a good thing.

Daily
How often do you find yourself whispering a quick prayer in your mind and heart about certain situations you are dealing with? Do you notice that quick moment when you rely on God's assistance in situations beyond your control? I find this happening more as time passes by. The small things aren't as important as the things we can't control Therefore, it seems I reach out in desperate need to the only thing I believe to be a help during these times. Sometimes I even find myself quoting a small part of a scripture, which comes to mind which was learned in my early years of church attendance. How do you go through these tough times? I am sure each and every one of us have these moments in our daily lives.
What To Do?
I had hoped that once my youngest son, got out of the halfway house, he would stay up there in that area to work and survive. It's my sad fear that he will come back to the same area where the problems all began. He's a grown man going on a teenager, who never really grew up. He doesn't want to accept responsibility for the things in his life. I can't manage him, if he decides to come here. I have told him that I can't have him living with me. It's as if he's not listening. I hope God intervenes in this situation, because I don't want to cause a split between my son and me. These things never go well and turn out to cause hurt feelings for years to come. Prayer and trust that God's ability to handle this is about all I can go on right now.

Trust?
There's comes a time in everyone's life when they trust someone. It's may not always come out the way they hoped. If it does, then it was a trust well spent. I've gone out on a limb many times only to be left hanging and holding an empty shell of what could have been. These times are hard to get through, and leave you with a bitter taste in your mouth along with broken relationships and hurt. I've found my heart gets me into many circumstances that I often regret. Yet, they say if you don't have an open heart to trust then you might loose the best thing you could have ever had. It's my prayer that, today, I made the right choice.

No Money?
It's become a common thing to hear that people are filing for bankruptcy. Loss of jobs has put many people on the streets, living where they can with no relief in sight. You find this everywhere, and every State has it's problems. The raleigh creditor rights bankruptcy lawyers can assist victims in the areas located near them. Clicking on the link will send you to the website for information, not in this post.
The Lord
The
fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the
holy is understanding. For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the
years of they life shall be increased. If thou be wise, thou shalt be
wise for thyself: but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.
Proverbs 9:10-12
Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the Lord. But he that sinneth against me worngeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.

Accident
Everyday, there's a horrible accident on the freeways in the DFW complex. You can find that it only take seconds for your life to erupt into total chaos. Being in a burning car or one that's sinking into lake water is something one doesn't think will ever happen to them. Being ready to free yourself and other's in your vehicle can be a matter of life or death. Having a seat belt cutter can give you the help you need to make an effort for possible freedom and safety.

Kingdom of Heaven
Again,
the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea,
and gathered of every kind: which, when it was full, they drew to
shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the
bad away. So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come
forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, And shall cast them
into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.

Coins
I have a collection of coins, which I picked up through the last few years. In one way or another they came into my hands. I never invested in presidential dollars or other valuable coins, but there are many who do this as a hobby. I found that my finances weren't equipped to handle this type of hobby, so I didn't hone it's abilities. You who are interested can click on the above link and do a great deal of shopping.
Prayer
In recent weeks I have been through many traumatic situations, causing a need for comfort. It's these times I realized that only a higher power, could take control of these problems that were happening. Today, as I look back over the recent episodes, I realize that indeed I needed that help. It seems that sometimes all we need to do is rely on the fact that there is a higher power than ourselves. We need to lean on the comfort of this existence and give the stresses to it's safety. Today, I am thankful for my beliefs and the fact that someone took the time to show me their value. I believe it is this very thing which has helped me through life's horrific moments.

New Stuff
Have you seen all the new stuff on the market, these days? There's a product for just about any electronic item you could look for. I've been trying to stay as free as possible of the hassle to learning all these new products. I can see that I'm getting antiquated and will need to update my life very soon. I just don't know if my old brain is ready for the things that it will have to figure out?

Domestic
While having my coffes this morning, I heard a loud exchange of words from across the street. Once again the couple were airing their dirty laundry outside for the whole neighborhood to see. It wasn't pretty and brought back many memories of when I went through these same situations. I feel sorry for the woman, who is going through what I went through in recent years. She is living in one horrible hell. The only way she can survive is to get away from him and stay away. It's my prayer, she will do it before things get too far out of hand and he hurts her badly.

Nuts
You find this item in places that isn't visible and hard to get to. Maintaining certain vehicles or warehouse machines, these nuts are just exactly what you need for the job. You even see these on certain vehicles to hold on wheels. The acorn nuts are quite useful in jobs where strength and viability is needed. For more information, click on the link in this post.
Things Happen
Many times in your life things just happen. You don'[t see the need for them, but you handle whatever happens and move on. A form of survival, one would call it. Many years down the road after a life time of trials, experiences, happiness and pain this can happen. You wonder if it's worth an effort, considering there wasn't a need when it happened before? Today, an effort must be made or a decision. I don't consider it demanding, but it's something that needs to be nipped in the bud before it grows into a monster. So be it. This I can do.
